It is trigger finger. Seriously that is what it is called. See a Hand surgeon you will have to see one eventually anyway, because it may lock and not go back. Easy to fix ifyou don't wait until it locks up completely
Yup, it sure sounds like TRIGGER FINGER. My friend has it too and it's caused by the tendons in the hand not doing the job they are supposed to.
