Why does caffeine lower peoples blood pressure??

i did an experiment and we measured our blood pressure. we drank coffee later and 10 minutes after we measured ourself again. the blood pressure after drinking coffee was lower.
Answer:
may be because it helps you burn fat? i read somewhere that it helps with diabetics which i find strange because you get diabetes from drinking a lot of soda?
It doesn't. It constricts your blood vessels.
Caffeine raises blood pressure. You probably didn't drink enough or wait long enough.
it dialates blood vesseles
Becasue, think about it blood pressure is the pressure from how hard your heart is beating against arteries whcih means that if somethign is speding up the process liek the caffine in coffee... Well, then there would be less pressure your body is working faster, not harder-BobbiLynn May
I never heard of coffee lowering blood pressure. Coffee is a stimulant (caffeine) it will raise blood pressure.
Caffeine is a stimulant and I think it will make your BP up.
