Why for no reason did my heart start beating fast?

Answer:
Exercise. Stress. Anxiety. Exhaustion. To name just a few. If the symptoms continue, or re-occur regularly, go to your Doctor and find out why.
looking at tuco again are we?
certein drugs, or anxiety.
maybe you were scared nervous or excited about something, it happens to me too!
Did you consume more caffeine than usual? drug?
Could be many reasons, Lots of sugar or caffeine, low blood sugar, anemia, having skipped a meal, allergic reaction to something, fatigue.
Were you nervous at the time? Or thinking about something too much? This could be a panic attack, usually misread by the sufferer early on as being a heart problem when in fact it isnt. This is called Tachycardia. If you are a woman in her 20's this is when the onset of panic attacks becomes apparent.
need more info, such as ur age.could be excess caffeine.could be a thyroid problem.could be perimenopausal hormone surges,if ur that age.could be a heart problem, tho not all that likely if ur young.if it happens a lot,see a dr.anemia can be another cause.in most young people-too much caffeine!
For no reason??
If you experience this while at rest %26 no stress or emotional experience, you have to consult a doctor..Anaemia causes an increase in heart beating, but also some heart problems do so.
You need to see your GP. There are hundreds of reasons for this to happen; most of them are harmless, but you do need to have you local doc check it out.
