Why does my skin under my eyes feel so tight when i use proactive?

Proactiv works by drying the skin out and reducing the amount of oil (sebum) produced, and when your skin is dry it feels tighter. you notice this most in thinner skin like that around the eyes. i would avoid using proactive near the eyes anyway, but if you have to then try using a moisturiser just around the eye area too.
