Why does snot go hard and crust on the inside of your nose ?

I'm fed up of chiselling.
Answer:
i keep on eating it so i don't give it a chance to crust up.
ewww...that sounds pretty gross
When it dries up. When u blow ur nose, just wipe along the outside of ur nostril to stop it from crusting up later.
Eww.. I dunno...
Because the air that you breathe in and out dries it up.
mine usually crusts over ,down my top lip and down my chin? looks like a slug trail?? have a nice day?
Because if you have a cold...excess mucus is made which is caused by an infection in the sinuses. And when you blow you're nose, you don't get it all out (i mean...who wipes the insides of their nose, ouch!). So the air that you breathe in dries it up.
It's just like leaving bread out on the front porch, if you don't get rid of it, the air will dry it up, so it goes crusty.
Hope this helps : )
use a drill and its bogeys your referring to
